Paradigm Construction

Paradigm completed two challenging historic restoration projects for Reinvestment Partners.  The properties are beautiful and the craftsmanship has endured for years.  The proposals were the strongest we received and they did not disappoint.  Paradigm’s strongest attribute is the ability to communicate by listening first and being transparent in their thinking.  It allows for mutual understanding, better problem solving and trust.  The most memorable memory is one of Tiffany Elder and I laughing together.  It is a memory that occurs over and over again as we enjoyed working with each other so much even as we resolved tough problems.  I look forward to working with the team again. Anyone with experience in construction knows that there are unexpected changes and expenses - especially for rehab.  It will happen with Paradigm as well.  The good thing to know is that those changes are explained and justified with a fair price.  Trust is a critical value that Paradigm builds.
